Dear STVC clients,
In accordance to AVMA guidelines, we are continuing the COVID-19 safety measures for appointments for the foresee able future.
Please follow these guidelines for clinic visits.
When you arrive, call in to the clinic and let us know what number parking spot you are in.
For food or medication pick up, to get vaccines for bordetella/kennel cough and canine flu and for Cytopoint injections, stay in you car and a staff member will come out to deliver the products or vaccines. If you would like a "weight check" tell the front desk before hand.
For appointments, you can choose to stay in your car and a technician will come out to get a history and your pet.
You, also, can choose to come in the clinic - one person per visit with a mask properly worn. A staff member will escort you directly to a room.
Please, NO RETRACTABLE LEASHES as they are too easy to drop and lose control of your pet - not to mention it scares them when it drops and "chases" them!
This will be for surgery appointments, regular appointments, walk-in appointments and any pets that need to "stay for the day" appointments.
This will be the same at discharge - the technicians will bring your pet to or escort you out to your car.
Thank you for understanding. With patience, diligence and adherence to protocol, we will get through this.
